코칭경영원은 지난 4월 3일, S인력개발원에서 해외 리더 45명을 대상으로 강점워크숍(CSD)을 성공적으로 진행하였습니다.
리더로서 자신의 강점을 어떻게 이해, 인식, 그리고 활용하는 지에 대해 7.5시간 동안 심도있게 다루는 워크숍이었습니다. 다음은 강점워크숍에 참석한 해외 리더들의 후기입니다.
